At the beginning of the eighth week a new phase of life begins for our pups – socialisation phase. Nature arranged matters so that the start of the 8th week the “changing of the boss” takes place in the dog family.

On the 3rd of April our gang of little rascals is 5 weeks old and it’s time to ease them into driving and visitors.

From the fifth week on the pups get feed three times a day and they spend more and more time outside.

From the 4th week on it is amazing how the behaviour of our nest-bound pups changes and how they start to be more and more active.

There is a lot of changing in the 3rd week. The senses of the pups begin to awaken and unfold

Suckling, sleeping, suckling – again the same procedure in the second week.

The first two weeks (vegetative phase): The puppies lives are mainly influenced by sleeping and nursing.

On the 27th of February Zoe gave birth to 6 pups. They are ready to be collected with 8 weeks.

26th January 2017

25th of December: Lockthorn Zoe was mated to FTCh Gosberry Governor. 20th of January: Zoe is in pups! The litter will be expected around end of February 2017…
