Whoever visits Jorvic (the Viking name for York), has to visit the Jorvic-Viking Centre. With a combination of historical accuracy, imagination, craftsmanship and modern technology, the Centre realistically conveys the sights, sounds and even smells of Viking every-day life of the 10th century.
