The kitchen and a very special cooker

Our kitchen is big and cosy (just english). The most important  piece is the AGA. An ingenious invention and with some experience you can cook wonderful things. There is no regulation of the temperature – you just need intuition (and at the beginning cold compresses in case of hand or finger burning) and experience!?
